Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Jawad University, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience for our students. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Course Enrollment Cancellation
- Students may cancel their course enrollment within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
- Cancellations requested after the allowed period will not be eligible for a refund.
1.2. Live Training & Webinars
- Cancellations made at least 10 days before the scheduled live session will receive a full refund with conditions.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the session will receive a 100% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations after the session has started.
1.3. Subscription-Based Services
- Students subscribed to recurring payments may cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and access to services will continue until that date.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:
- The request is made within the specified cancellation period.
- The student has not accessed more than 10%of the course materials.
- The refund request is submitted through our official Refund Request Form or via email at [email protected]
2.2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Courses that have been fully accessed or completed.
- Downloadable digital products and study materials.
- Customized training programs or one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Any service fees associated with third-party payment processors.
2.3. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.
- Transaction fees deducted by third-party payment processors will not be refunded.
3. Course Transfer & Credits
- In some cases, students may opt to transfer their enrollment to another course instead of requesting a refund.
- Course credits may be provided in lieu of a refund and can be used for future enrollments.
